Full payment is required for all special orders or any item not currently in stock. Payment is non refundable and items cannot be cancelled. All items will be fabricated to specifications provided by customer and cannot be altered once the order has been placed. 

A 50% restocking fee is required for any in cancelled in stock inventory. All special orders or items ordered that were not currently in stock are not refundable. 

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our source books and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

At OCEID, we are committed to providing excellent service and a unique and memorable delivery experience. We offer Unlimited Doors Delivery on applicable addresses within our shipping radius. Our white glove delivery professionals will oversee your delivery to ensure a seamless experience. You will be charged a flat rate based on your delivery area. We will not charge your method of payment until your order has shipped, with the exception of deposits for special orders. Talk to a representative for all delivery options and prices.
